The tariff authority granted the president is only to be used in an emergency, in no way shape or form is it allowed to be used to make a slush fund or as a means of extortion as trump has wielded it for the last 10 months
He's not using the tariff authority to help anyone, he's driving up prices across the board and failing to use it even as he intends as a mechanism to facilitate trade deals, this isn't the supreme court going against the president to harm him, but to save him for himself and counter the manchurian candidate brainwashing that causes the orange retard to couch every decision he makes to inflict as much harm as possible on the country he swore to protect and a last ditch effort to salvage some godawful remanent of what's left of the republican party and voter base from being lynched as they walk down the street if any of this shit continues for much longer
