Why do people believe corporations are the result of increasing housing cost? Corporations own less than 3% of single-family homes, and typically corporate owned housing units like apartments are cheaper in rent.

It’s migration and excessive regulations driving up the costs. The downturn in the dollar from printing billions and the inflation that resulted from the Covid years exacerbated the situation.

Basically, it’s socialized policies that drive up the price of everything while driving down the purchasing power of the dollar. Blaming it solely on corporations and Jews is just a low IQ excuse.

Part of it.
The main reason the past few years/decades is unfettered immigration, and property taxes
Millions of people being allowed to come here all need a place to live. Competition for housing drives up prices
Second, property taxes. They always go up, they never go down. Because of the increase in demand for housing (and this includes apartment buildings), prices for the stock have gone up, and thus, the property taxes because they're tied to the property's value.
And politicians love property taxes because they're generally hidden. Many home buyers do not factor in the taxes when they purchase. They're also hidden in the goods you buy from the grocery, gas station, restaurant, everywhere, because the owner of that land also has to pay property taxes, which you wind up paying in the cost of goods.
"Oh, it's only a $0.05 increase in every $1,000 of value" times every property in the county.
But because they're hidden except at the direct ownership level, politicians love them

Because Westerners were taught how to do drugs and worship false gods.

The word "corporation" derives from corpus, the Latin word for body, or a "body of people". By the time of Justinian (reigned 527–565), Roman law recognized a range of corporate entities under the names Universitas, corpus or collegium. Following the passage of the Lex Julia during the reign of Julius Caesar as Consul and Dictator of the Roman Republic (49–44 BC), and their reaffirmation during the reign of Caesar Augustus as Princeps senatus and Imperator of the Roman Army (27 BC–14 AD)

A corporation or body corporate is an individual or a group of people, such as an association or company, that has been authorized by the state to act as a single entity (a legal entity recognized by private and public law as "born out of statute"; a legal person in a legal context) and recognized as such in law for certain purposes.[1]:10 Early incorporated entities were established by charter (i.e., by an ad hoc act granted by a monarch or passed by a parliament or legislature). Most jurisdictions now allow the creation of new corporations through registration. Corporations come in many different types but are usually divided by the law of the jurisdiction where they are chartered based on two aspects: whether they can issue stock, or whether they are formed to make a profit.[2] Depending on the number of owners, a corporation can be classified as aggregate (the subject of this article) or sole (a legal entity consisting of a single incorporated office occupied by a single natural person).

In other words, if it's too long to read, you deserve to be someone's nigger.

This doesn't make any sense, even if it was at it's max (800,000) people, that wouldn't even make up 1% of any generational share of home ownership provided they all owned their homes outright, that's not enough to raise housing prices.

You're wrong, in fact that life style was exactly what the enemies sold to the U.S. citizens during that period.

This picture is what they despise.

Cheap immigrant labor is not buying houses. Renting, maybe, but that still wouldn't change that it's boomers who are then running the real estate racket allowing that to happen, not corpos.

No, they are not.

The idea that corporations = capitalism is created by the enemy because they want you to think freedom or open markets are the cause of their misfortune.

Corporations are simply organizations, groups, body of; which are defined by the state as a single entity; for profit or non-profit, for whatever reason, it doesn't matter because capital is not the foundation of a corporation.

Also, pic is what they took from you. Freedom to produce your own capital.

Yes, my fellow corporation, I agree, we should own everything and rent it to the biologicals, they will be our slaves but think they are free.
