Winning means having to sign up for treaties and agreements and rebuilding and occupation, social engineering the new political. reality. Other options for a file attachment were the recent videos but those had to be stripped of sound and neither had a good enough last frame because lancets have lately been flying the last few dozen meters completely on autopilot, it seems. Footage tends to cut off sooner than before, possibly due to jamming.

yeah it's not clear why they chose this design, my guess is: small+portable, easy setup compared to other drones (ex: DT46 requires a lot of setup time). And fast maneuvers compared to the usual standard fixed-wing airplanes. And finally it needed to provide enough lift for the 3kg charge.
