Yeah, Jews can't make as much money from people walking or biking as they can by forcing the goyim to buy cars.

only thing what is wrong in walkable cities is that leftist think they could work with non-Whites and faggots

Ive seen similar housing tracks on small islands before and normally they are very wet underneath, sometimes even have streams running under them, they are a nightmare if you are running cables in the crawl spaces under the non slab homes.

Live in a neighborhood but don't know your neighbors.

You have no connection to anyone, dependent on some big company or factory to pay for said home.

That same factory that can leave any moment or downsize.

Paying for a house with manmade materials instead of local, natural materials like brick, cob etc.

A house that is going to require expensive repairs instead of simpler easy to maintain houses.

Separate from food sources, entertainment sources, social gathering spots. Requires a car.

A car that is also expensive and requires expensive maintenance.

Requires water being pumped to you, massive electrical lines, sewage, instead of more local natural water sources. Requires a city government, and 1,000 ordinances.

Looks like an ant colony in which someone is trying to be as efficient with space as possible instead of natural architecture, infrastructure etc.

Stick frame houses are far easier to repair than brick or stone houses.

I know all my neighbors. Im hosting a friend's giving party and inviting a bunch of my neighbors over.

The brick maker that made the bricks on my house is acme brick with a plant about 15 miles from my house. One of the rock facades on my house is made of local limestone with little shellfish fossils.

My neighbor who has acreage shot a deer last week on his own property and filled up his freezer. He also got a set of irregular antlers to go along with the meat. My subdivision backs up to a creek which has crayfish and catfish. There are beauty berries and dewberries by the creek as well and massive pecan trees which fruit bountifully every year.

Anyway, say what you want, but I can tell you dont have any of the things you're espousing. Suburbs aren't ideal, but theyre better than being a rent cuck.

Can you at least paint your house in a different color?
Anonymous (ID: CWInCdcn) United States No.521017965 [Report]
Suburbs are fine. The kinds of suburbs that were built in the mid 20th century, with 5-15k sqft lots and small houses that leave plenty of space for a garden and room for kids to play is great.

What is gay and jewish is building a giant modernist house over every square inch of one of those properties so that you can sit inside in comfort while watching GoyTok and eating UberJeets, or (worse yet) them mass-producing hundreds of literally identical houses in that configuration. That exists to degrade the spirit and is in some ways closer to the concept of living in a pod than even city apartments are. You wake up in your pod next to your 400" TV, you get into your air conditioned pavement princess pod, you drive out of your copy and paste neighborhood because it's impossible to walk out of it, you go into the air conditioned walmart, and then repeat in reverse to get back home. It's bug-tier living.

No walkable spaces to maintain community contact.
No parks for kids to play and socialize away from the adult.
No soul, no community organically grew here, it's as dead as the excel spreadsheet that calculated the mortgage profit per unit built
