While this cohort may not wish to advertise this embarrassing fact, the adoption of adult diapers and colostomy bags is sky rocketing among young gay men. As such, it wouldn't be too much of a stretch as it were to assume this group is increasingly asking themselves one thing: was it worth it?

Yea the tissue is not designed for such friction and trauma and it simply ruptures and then feces come down and it's an infection nightmare, can lead to septicemia if untreated.
