Its the fundamental failure of the Anglo worldview. The premise is that if you raise a nigger to act like an Englishman (or American, Aussie, Canadian, etc), dress him in Anglo clothes, teach him to speak like an Anglo, and fill him with English values, then he will be functionally identical to an Anglo.
