The only thing this comic communicates is that modern women are so entitled, weak willed, and conceited, that they interpret disagreement with their socially-enabled casual insults demonizing the entire human cohort of their opposite sexed counterparts as some horrific miscarriage of justice.
There is no rational reply to such a charge, since it wasn't made from a point of reason or good faith. Terse replies to such behavior is entirely justified and to be expected if one took even a tiny moment to think about it.

In reality, statements such as the one modeled in the OP comic are simply a form of goading to farm attention, dishonestly framed as a genuine statement, and as a deliberate act to seek out members of their own social outgroup so as to construct a pecking order based entirely on feelings and expectations for total submission of individuals by baiting them with the implied penalty of social exclusion - tantamount to a death sentence for a garden variety female.
It should not be a conundrum as to why all societies collapse shortly after women are accorded rights. Unleashed, they cultivate a manipulative social race to the bottom motivated almost entirely by primal instincts which few if any of the women behaving in such a manner are aware of except on the most subconscious level.
Mentally, they are children, emotionally they are primitive.
