I hear a lot about the 80s and 90s but almost nothing about this decade.
It strikes me as being as hedonistic as the 60s but without any trace of the idealism.

It was kind of the last decade where blue-collar white guys with no degrees of any sort (not even HS) could make good money. The 80's started putting the squeeze on this segment of the population, and it only got worse from there.

1970s was the time where all the drug withdrawals hit and people just went back to suffering their shit existence without all the cool 1980s and 1990s stuff, like the Internet or heroin.

i would call it the decade of great delusion. the jews and glowniggers killed the hippy movement of the 60s to prevent a white back-to-the-land revival which would have weekend the urban jews so they made psychedelics illegal and herded everybody back into the cities to be commuting wagies for jew corporations. general depression, dirty street drugs, porn industry, and lots of political violence instigated by communist infiltrators, vietnam war. the 70s was when the jews came into full power in the US and went full force on clamping down on white america. it took another three decades for them to fully subsue the goyim and their silly attempts at freedom and happiness but by 2001 they were able to light the two pillars and really celebrate their victory.
