Here's the shoot story. Some guy on twitter used /asp/ memes once. He also had some sort of username with ojama in it. I don't remember what. He at one point posted his same username in one of the boards where you can meet people I think. Someone combed through the archives to find it. I can't remember if this picture comes from his twitter or the board where he posted his ojama username. It might not even be him. The person who got obsessed with him might have just found his name somewhere and found a picture of someone with the same name. He did end up deleting that account and probably stopped coming here years ago.
The real carter was never that picture that used to get posted here either. He was actually white. This board has been creating personas for fake posters since /sp/. I always assumed it was some discord group.
