I'm guessing there's something medical that people aren't privy too. It's not like he hasn't been in better shape before. It's not like he wasn't started to get in better shape again a few months ago. You could argue if he looks like that then don't wrestle or whatever but if he can and he's cleared then maybe he just wants to while he can. There was mention of him having other concussion related complications that weren't made public. His push has clearly taken a backseat with him in the midcard.
