If the purpose of the NIL program is to present WWE as a legitimate and attractive career option for athletes who wouldn't otherwise get into the business it defeats the purpose to treat it the same territorial way they've treated every other developmental project.
There's nothing wrong with hiring the children of famous wrestlers, but the WWE developmental system was already fundamentally designed to be a pipeline for them. FCW and early NXT were flooded with dozens of nepobabies.
