But the real evidence is the amount of the same picture being spammed in the short amount of time, no range ban for spamming the board, and awful threads being left up while decent ones get archived early, and if you retort against them too well, they just kill the post immediately

Which thread is it? The only janny malfeasance I've noticed on here has been pro-WWE, but that was before the site went down. Haven't had any issues with them since.

Once our jannies (who are allowed to run rampant) queue enough shit for deletion, some annoyed mod comes over and deletes threads, typically without even knowing what is on topic and isn't because he doesn't know wrestling at all and doesn't give a shit about it, or this board and its quality.

Basically, this is a containment board but the one the mods care about the least. Even /mlp/ has a couple of people who care about brony shit on the team.
We don't even have a team. Shitposters are allowed to do whatever they want if no one reports things and the jannies are going to mold the board however they want without any mods looking over their shoulders.
