We always knew their time would come and it was only a matter of time but few preicted it would end like this for that absolute clown show. Hell thats an insult to clown shows, Cirqe de Solei runs a better show than Tiny the Snowman does
(but somehow less gay gymnasyic flips than an AEW show)
>>18026754 (OP)Who’s the sassy black woman?
>>18026800tony will probably settle pay the guy a milli and nothing will happen
KWABOTY
Legal trouble seems to be brewing for AEW and Jon Moxley in the aftermath of a civil lawsuit from a longtime production crew member.
>The Takedown on SI’s Jon Alba is reporting on a new lawsuit involving All Elite Wrestling and Jon Moxley. The suit alleges “various degrees of negligence…alongside civil assault and battery” over a ringside incident involving Moxley and a production crew member.
>The plaintiff, Christopher Dispensa, claims he “suffered severe neck and shoulder injuries as a result of being shoved to the ground unexpectedly by Moxley.” This allegedly took place an episode of AEW Dynamite in 2023. Dispensa alleges he was forced to undergo “cervical fusion surgery, shoulder surgery, and treatment for other unspecified injuries” as a result.
>Dispensa’s employment history with AEW allegedly dates back to 2019, when he began contract work with the promotion as a crew member. He claims he hasn’t worked with AEW since December 5, 2024, and was demoted to the role of carpenter by his employer, Broadcast Service Group, without an explanation.
When did the incident take place?
>As for the incident, Dispensa puts the date of the injuries on May 10, 2023-the night AEW Dynamite emanated from Detroit. That show featured Kenny Omega versus Moxley in a steel cage as the main event.
>“Moxley went to grab a screwdriver to use on Omega, and in doing so, shoved Dispensa to the ground. The lawsuit claims Moxley was supposed to only grab the screwdriver, and Dispensa took an unplanned fall as a result of being shoved,” according to The Takedown.
>Lawsuit alleges Jon Moxley’s history with disciplinary issues
The lawsuit was filed on May 30 in the Wayne County Circuit Court. The suit further accuses Jon Moxley of having a “history of disciplinary issues before this incident involving other people while under [AEW's] employ, agency and/or contractual relationship.”
>"[P]ast disciplinary offenses by [Moxley] include a documented history of unpredictability as well as a lack of control by Defendant AEW, all of which were known or should have been known to Defendant AEW at the time of this assault," according to the document.
>Dispensa's legal team said he is seeking compensation for "injuries suffered due to actions of the wrestler and the company he worked for." The filing puts the “amount in controversy” in excess of $25,000.
>An AEW spokesperson, when approached by The Takedown for comment, said the company “does not comment on pending litigation.” A status conference for the lawsuit is set for August 29, 2025.
Workers rights are human rights, tranny chuds.
>>18026831>Dispensa alleges he was forced to undergo “cervical fusion surgery, shoulder surgery, and treatment for other unspecified injuries” as a result.i simply don't believe this
>>18026785>A camera manI believe he was a tech (as we call them)
>>18026800>I hope they get sued to higjh heaven and fucking lose everythingWe always knew their time would come and it was only a matter of time but few preicted it would end like this
They'd probably be fine even if they had shareholders, sexually abused ring boys and a pooped on woman suing them.
>>18026831>>18026901You can watch the video it's from the Kenny vs mox cage match. He gently shoves the guy and takes a screw driver from him. The guy claims neck fusion lmao. What a joke america is
>>18026783Damn even the 10 o'clock news knows nobody watches AEW
>>18026939Doctors should easily be able to verify any surgeries. Whether they were needed because of the shove is another story.
this guy is gonna get laughed out of court. there's a reason even employers recommend reporting injuries right away, it's so you don't get kwab'd by lawyers and insurance.
>>18027014i'm actually here from the employment law cord to explain why everyone should report any injury, no matter how minor, immediately to protect both themselves and their company
JON MOXLEY IS A LUNATIC FRINGE, HE NEEDS TO BE STOPPED NOW!!!!!!
Tony should just write the guy a check and wish him the best on his future endeavors. All this drama is so unnecessary.
>>18027058The guy is trying to scam aew because his actual job denoted him
>>18026754 (OP)based AEW getting free coverage
>>18026754 (OP)Did they mention the part where the body of the lawsuit was written by ChatGPT and cites in character kayfabe Jon Moxley angels as "evidence of previous violent disciplinary issues"
The AI that wrote that suit thinks the suffocation of Bryan Danielson was real.
>>18026785Haha vinces lawsuit was for fucking hoars and roids which is kinda based . Meanwhile an alcoholic and a fragile camera monkey will be tinys downfall
>>18026800e-drones are legitimately insane
>>18027593The lawsuit does not mention any Moxley angles or any specific prior behavior. No idea why you think it was written by AI. See it at :
https://www.si.com/fannation/wrestling/aew/aew-jon-moxley-sued-for-negligence-civil-assault-battery
>>18027687>"evidence of previous violent disciplinary issues"Its literally in the article. Mox has literally never been reprimanded in real life not even in WWE, hes been one of Tonys best employees so they are going off angles as if they are shoot
>>18027593aewtists love making up random bullshit huh
>Wrestling company
>Wrestler
>>18029346The lawsuit literally does not mention "kayfabe" or any "angles" or any examples of real or fake behavior. As written, the lawsuit itself is vaguely referring to real life issues, whether or not there was such a thing in real life.
>>18029346>Mox has literally never been reprimanded in real lifeHow could you know this for sure? AEW is a privately owned company. Even with a public company like Walmart, HR departments will try to keep the drama at your local store private.
