Five wrestlers will compete in a 25-minute match. Two superstars will start the match, and when the timer begins, every five minutes, another superstar will enter the match until all five are in the ring—that’s at the 15-minute mark when the fifth and final participant joins.
The objective is simple: score the most points before the 25-minute time limit expires. You earn one point every time you score a pinfall, a submission, or if your opponent gets disqualified. But here’s the catch—if you get pinned, submit, or get disqualified, you’re sent to the penalty box for 90 seconds, where you can’t score any points and you’re out of the action.
When the clock hits 25 minutes, the superstar with the most points will be declared the Iron Survivor and will earn the right to challenge for the NXT Championship for the men, or the NXT Women’s Championship for the women, at a future date. If there’s a tie at the end of the 25 minutes, we go into sudden-death overtime to determine the winner.
