The funny thing is, the "500K viewers on MAX" only became a thing because everyone on Twitter was mocking Tony/AEW for losing to NXT week after week, just like how AEW fans mocked WWE/NXT/Triple H when it was happening to them.

No one actually believes they're getting that number, and it's really funny that Dave has done a 180 on believing what reports on this type of things considering he "investigated" WM3 attendance for years and years after the fact.

This is probably my favorite part of Dave's AEW obsession. This is man who literally was calling up local politicians like 10 years after the fact, stalking through tax filings for the building rental to find names of fucking janitors and ushers at the arena and asking them if they were given comp tickets so they could be be included in the attendance figure.
And yet now anything that makes AEW look positive he will blindly report on and never investigate, and even get mad if its questioned. He is legitimately obsessed with a fucking wrestling company because it puts on the midgets he likes doing flips
