I don't give a fuck how much he wants to keep wrestling, if a wrestler has major health issues you release him and tell him to take his ass home and recover properly. If he goes to another wrestling company instead and fucks up his health further/kills himself, then at least your company isn't to blame
This is exactly why WWE did the right thing with Kurt Angle. They released him so he could get his health and addictions under control, then he goes right to TNA and continues wrestling hurt and popping pills. Now he's a shell of his former self, and that's his fault (and also TNA can be blamed to a lesser extent since they should have known about his issues)
