Based advice. Let me fill the anons with some corpo politics. No matter which projects you worked on in the past always say you had a leadership role. No one will check it, its pure corpojank and will easily help you aim for a push as you change promotion.

Also, in your first week aim to get an amazing first impression with anyone. Book a 1vs1 match with everyone and ask a variation of "how can I help you do your job better?". Its basic stuff you don't have to follow through and will help you endear yourself to everyone, lockeroom politics 101

I asked my my main writer for a new story line.
