In ring wise she's the total package, flippy shit but she's also surprisingly strong. She's easy on the eyes but I honestly couldn't tell you if she can promo at all. I think she's been a part of a few promo trains that nxt loves to do but it wasn't anything memorable good or bad. All in all I would like to think she's at the very least a lasting main stay with at least 1 world title run.

Gimmicks are changed all the time. Rhea Ripley started out on NXT as a blonde bimbo.
She has impressive moves and has the hottest body in the company and a pretty face (although I worry she won't age well). And unlike everyone else who got called up from NXT recently, she can speak English.
Put her on the main roster and have her do flippy matches with Iyo or pair her up with vaquer for some interesting angles.

She can't promo. Not yet, anyway. She's finally started showing more personality, like she's becoming more comfortable in her role, so I do think she can keep growing. In-ring, her best matches are wildly overrated. They're highly choreographed spotfests, and she's still too green to make it less obvious when she's going through the motions or getting into position. I'm not as confident she'll improve there, especially if she keeps getting praise heaped onto her for bad habits, but I'm still mostly optimistic.
If she improves in both areas, and stays relatively injury free, the sky's the limit. Otherwise, she's a midcard champ, maybe B+ player that can be slotted into main events.

Her style is not conducive to a long career unfortunately. Female knees are not built for that kind of thing.

My (and possibly creative's) concern is that sooner or later (probably sooner), she's going to have to change the way she wrestles due to injuries and she's going to be a lot less fun to watch in the ring after that. Hopefully she'll have a solid gimmick and better mic skills by then because she's going to need them if she still wants to be doing this when she's 30.

She does that shit to standing opponents from the middle rope, top rope, corner and ladder. As long as her opponent is standing somewhere in the ring she can do it.
That is more versatile than almost all other top rope finishers where someone has to lie down in a specific spot and distance.
She can pull that off almost out of nowhere RKO style, while stuff like the 619, the over the moonsault or the Oblivion requires setup.

it really depends
sol, one would assume, has an extremely high ceiling. she is stunningly gorgeous with a unique look, fun and unique surfer gimmick, and out of all the flippy gymnast girls, she does the flippy gymnast stuff the best. her matches are always exciting and people love her, she got over quickly and stayed over.
the biggest factors working against her are:
1. her promos - sol is pretty bad on the mic. she always sounds stilted and robotic and like she's reading off a script, very unnatural promo.
2. injuries - sol already had a massive knee injury that kept her out for over a year. the other one could go at any time, or she could re-injure her previously injured knee whenever.
3. the WWE clearly defines its favorites that it wants to be its future faces very early - i don't think she's one of HBK's favorites. he waited forever to give her the push she's getting now. maybe because of the injuries? i'm not sure if HHH will like her, she doesn't seem to his taste. there's a good chance he'll keep trying to make boring wrestlers like zelina, lyra or michin work by the time she gets called up instead of working with any of the natural dimes girls in NXT. and there's only so much time for lower card women, she could get lost.

Her lack of Promo ability is maybe a valid reason, but she's a much better speaker than many others on the main roster.
The injury scare is also not a reason to keep her off more eyeballs, because that doesn't make any sense. If they never use her because they might be scared she gets injured, then what's the point of having her? Keeping her doing NXT matches just increases her risk of injury every time, but without any meaningful audience in the meantime.

Also it looks like Tatum is getting involved with her and Zaria now, some story line is about to start. Hope she makes it to raw next year if not this.

Getting pushed means more TV time, more exposure. Gable worked TWO matches last PLE day and is always the first choice when Hunter wants to make a face look good because he's almost genius level skilled at wrestling and can get a raise out of the crowd as a heel. He gets his own factions and story lines even if they're mostly just midcard.
People like Kross or Priest would take the opportunity to switch with Chad Gable in a heartbeat even if they had to lose every single match.

Oh and before you try to evoke Kross as someone who got some online buzz but no push: His one dumb promo got some fuzz and it landed him in frequent dark matches and some TV matches to check crowd and online reactions.
