Unless she plans to eat a pound of Salmon everyday for 3 days it is. You have to go through so much shit like vacuum sealing and maintaining temps for seafood to last any longer than 4 days in the fridge.

depends how they are cooked. most people destroy any nutrients in those two foods before they touch the plate. if it's done correctly, it's a great choice

If you boil it, the majority of the nutrients seep into the water. unless you're planning on using all of the water, steamed broccoli is the way to go. similar premise with fish. overcook it, and a lot of the nutrients will vanish

Fucking gross. I usually add it directly into whatever I'm cooking, or I season it, hit it with some oil and then bake or air fry it.

we are talking about healthy meals. you can stir fry any vegetable and make it unhealthy. for broccoli to not be a meme health meal, it should be steamed

Bruv, roasted veggies are hella dank. I like to grate some ginger, mince some garlic, and then mix it all up with onions sauce, drizzle it over broccoli, grate a little bit of parm on top, then roast that shit. Hell tomorrow I am finna roast a maple-dijon glazed pork tenderloin with brussel sprouts, butternut squash, and onions. Serving that up with mashed potatoes for Sunday dinner with the family.

I have no clue. it will be my first time making these fries. Most likely gonna end up with soft soggy fries after reheating.
For potatoes I usually just cut up 3lbs of red potatoes and season them in salt, pepper, paprika, and rosemary. Toss them little fuckers up in some olive oil and bake them for 30 minutes. They reheat in the microwave perfect after like 3 and a half minutes.
