Kobe World card July 13th:
>Paradox (B×B Hulk, Susumu Yokosuka & Kagetora) vs. Mochizuki Dojo (Ryu Fuda, Daiki Yanagiuchi & Akihiro Sahara)
>Ultimo Dragon, Don Fujii, Yasushi Kanda & Shachihoko BOY vs. Kunf-Fu Masters (Ho Ho Lun, Ho Ri, Reach Tominaga) & Problem Dragon
>GAORA TV Championship 5 Way Match: Takashi (c) vs. Kzy vs. Naruki Doi vs. Masaaki Mochizuki vs. KAI
>No Disqualification Match: Strong Machine J vs. Madoka Kikuta
>Open the Brave Gate Championship Match: U-T (c) vs. Ryoya Tanaka
>Yuki Yoshioka & Dragon Dia vs. Dragon Kid & X
>Open the Triangle Gate 3 Way Championship Match: Z-Brats (ISHIN, Yoshiki Kato & Homare) (c) vs. Luis Mante, Flamita & Bendito vs. Love & Peace (JACKY KAMEI, Riiita & Mochizuki Jr)
>Open the Twin Gate Championship Match: Kota Minoura & Jason Lee (c) vs. Ben-K & Hyo
>Open the Dream Gate Championship Match: YAMATO (c) vs. Shun Skywalker
*If Shun Skywalker lose he'll leave Dragongate

Skywalker might be lightly injured after yesterday so DG plays it safe by keeping him off the cards until Kobe. They're putting a lot of fate in Homare by having him main event Korakuen with YAMATO even though Homare is 20 years old and barely a year in the business.

Because it's not the shows that have names, it's the tour that has a name. NOAH's current tour is called "Sunny Voyage", Marigold's is "Burning Desire", AJPW's is "Summer Action Series", etc. Same principle as WWE calling a tour "Road to WrestleMania", it's just that with WWE you don't really encounter the name of the tour unless you're buying tickets to house shows. DDT names all it's shows but that's just to be quirky because that's their vibe.

>At All Japan Pro Wrestling’s June 24 event in Shin-Kiba, cheers were directed toward Nagao Taishin (21), who is currently out of action.

>On May 31, Nagao was rushed to the hospital due to traumatic shock caused by abdominal compression in an accident involving the touring bus. On June 21, AJPW announced, “He remains in the ICU and is still in a critical condition.”

>At the end of the event, Hideki Suzuki said, “Only three official roster members were on the card today, but All Japan Pro Wrestling continues to deliver bright, fun, and intense matches. Still, something feels like it’s missing. Nagao Taishin was in a traffic accident, and he’s fighting hard to return.”

>He continued, “I got permission from his parents and went to visit Nagao-senpai. He was fighting. I feel like he said, ‘You’re late, Suzuki,’ or maybe he didn’t. Either way, he’s hanging in there,” he said, opening up emotionally.

>Then Yuma Aoyagi followed up: “If it’s okay with you all, I’d like everyone here and everyone in the ring to shout ‘Taishin’ together and send it to him.” They recorded the chant with plans to deliver it to Nagao. The crowd enthusiastically agreed, and a powerful “Taishin!” chant filled the arena in support.

Watching that first episode of this year's Monday Magic and that Sabu tribute caught me out of nowhere, until I remembered that Nosawa worked and hung out with Sabu in the US. They also tagged together as a threeway in one of Onita's many FMW revival shows like I think a decade ago, it was defo long before the FMW-E revival. Big League Onita jobbed them both out of course lmao.

I really appreciate the Monday Magic shows. Nosawa's booking always pops me.

Cyber Agent already invested a massive amount propping CF up. I don't know how hot they are on investing in more pandering to an American fanbase that more than likely won't return that investment. Investing in Japanese wrestling works, because Abema nets CA a huge amount of money (31 billy net last year), and they are always hungry for content to satisfy the domestic market.

I feel the same, I want to see more often DDT roster fighting w/ wrestlers from outside their company, I think DDT is more suited to showcase indie names and give them a bigger platform and public than chase big names and promotions.

The dates for both defenses of KO-D and KO-D Tag titles are already chosen (both next month).
Aoki was pretty nasty with Suzuki, but was funny seeing Suzuki going on a rampage after the match and beating everyone in and out the ring.

Unpopular opinion, but I might need to rewatch the match a second time but I don't think was a match on par with his best matches from the past.
I expected to see more from him, it was mostly about how much he could stand Brookes heavy hits than anything else. Not saying it's bad, I enjoyed the main event a lot, but his most recent matches, even the preliminary ones or like the ones for king of ddt (vs aoki, vs ueno) were more interesting.
