I enjoy NXT but Steph really added her "it" factor to the show when she was on it, hadn't been excited to watch something every single week for a long time

It was perfect when they were blending the schizo shit from NXT 2.0 with a bit of the smark matches. Now they have completely abandoned what made it a unique show. No more shit like Grug having dinner with Stone and his family z no more Tiffy being Fallon's farm hand for a day, things like that.
NXT being a development platform for WWE is good enough getting ratings higher than 500k is just the cherry on the top. It's pretty rare that a developmental show can be on network tv like this it would be like every AAA baseball game being shown on prime network TV and making money
NXT had a nice balance when Vaquer, Giulia, Jordyne and Chemical X were still on it.
Now there's no one to look for, Mariah May is not as interesting as they try to make it happen and Jordyne has been ruined.
Thank god Pax, Sol are still on it but I fear Pax is getting released soon.
