Good point. I don’t know much about ape hoop but I’m a huge baseball fan. There are 162 games in a season and none are “just because”. People don’t just watch grown men play a kids game..they watch for the competition and drama. Every game there’s a “story”; whether it’s the pitching staff dominating, the offense teeing-off, or the home team (faces) coming from behind to beat the away team (heels). Players that cut promos end up being more popular.
I don’t know what gAyEW’s aversion to vignettes and promos is but the situation is looking ever more grim. Dire even.
