I think we've come to a point in wrestling where there's no saving this stuff.
We're really in the final days of pro wrestling.
and we've come to a point where wrestling has gotten so cheesy, nerdy, commercialized, that there's no saving it, there's no going back, there's no making wrestling cool again.
It really feels like wrestling as a whole is basically in a vegetable state.

it basically feels like i've done everything I can do, even while I say all of this, in my mind I know there's a way to save it and there's only one way to do it.
But the problem is: I don't think people are willing to do it.
The only way to save wrestling is, you gotta stop booking for the goofy ass IWC marks and you really just have to stop listening to these people.

Because it's gotten to the point where those dorky ass, geeky ass nerds have infiltrated wrestling and they have gotten to a point where they're actually calling all the shots.
The ideas they come up with are some of the stupidest ideas known to man, and what happens is, when these ideas play out on television, it runs other people off and makes other people not want to watch wrestling.
But these wrestling companies are so scared to do anything different that they allow these internet geeks to ruin their product, that's what happens, they allow these geeks to ruin their product.

i wanna say they're never gonna understand until their ratings get insanely low, but hell, the ratings are already insanely low and they still keep doing stupid things right?
I think all these wrestling promotions do is they just wanna please these losers, and to be honest with you, I'm really starting to feel like I'm way too cool for pro wrestling.
Fuck trying to get these dorks to understand what cool is.
Why don't I just let these losers play how they're gonna play and then watch wrestling burn to the ground, and I just go do something else because it gets so frustrating to sit back and just watch shit that you already know is going to fail from the start.
and then when you go online and you go into these communities and all that stuff. you hear people talking about:

They just feel like these people who go out there and you see on your TV, it just feels like they're using wrestling in order to promote themselves to go do something else.
And the people in the back who actually make all the decisions and everything, they DON'T care about giving you an entertaining product, they don't care about giving you a product that makes sense, they don't care about actually sitting down in the creative room and actually being creative.

I'll recommend what I do every time someone else realizes they are unsatisfied with current wrestling: go watch old shit. doesn't really matter what year or company, just have it be something you haven't seen before, don't be influenced by nostalgia. obviously it's not old=good, there's a lot of bad shit to avoid, but there's a lot of good and great stuff to remind you that there is merit to pro wrestling and we're just in a down period right now.

So I think we've just gotten to a point where I'm just kinda fed up with fighting the good fight because wrestling promoters aren't willing to make a change, and nobody really has a passion for wrestling anymore!
To me it just feels like it's a bunch of actors (shoutout to Bret Hart btw for the "today's wrestlers are actors" line) LYING to people to get money. Nobody really cares about the art of wrestling anymore!
And when I say "nobody", I'm talking about the wrestlers, promoters and a lot of these IWC podcasters. It's just a bunch of people playing the game.
