when it comes to these IWC podcasters, I feel like a lot of these podcasters don't have the passion either. They don't really care either!
I feel like most podcasters are doing one or two things: either they're selling you a lot of positivity or they're selling you a lot of negativity, because that's what sells. Nobody's being honest or very few people are being honest, and even the ones you think are being honest, they're probably not being fucking honest!
I feel like a lot of these people don't care, nobody fucking cares! And that's why wrestling is in the state it's in, because nobody cares!
Meanwhile, I think I care too much for my own good and that's why I get frustrated. I see what needs to happen and promoters don't want to go down that road, so I think i've just come to a point where:
>if that's how they want to play, let 'em play.
I've gotten to a point where I don't even want to watch wrestling anymore. I feel so stupid, idiotic and nerdy watching it… I'm tired of feeling like that, i'm tired of coming up with ideas that can NOT help you feel like that.
And then the crazy thing is, when they DO do things that are cool, people on the internet just start bashing it, like Jacy Jayne winning the NXT Women's Championship. That was a good move, and people were like:
> why the fuck did Jacy Jayne win for?
>>18121157 (OP)Seek a chin.
Grow sunlight.
And you know what that tells me? We're not on the same level and when I say we, I mean all of these Karrion Kross fanboys who hate on Becky Lynch, Charlotte and Bayley but turn around and like Aleister Black, these internet losers are geeks!
And that's the reason why wrestling is in the state it's in, because these losers think this nonsense is cool and it's actually fucking trash!!!
And when they do something that's actually cool, these IWC dorks can't get behind it because they don't actually know what the fuck COOL is! But these are the ones that have a voice. So it gets frustrating to a point where i'm like, I don't wanna save wrestling no more.
And the only reason why I feel bad is because i'm a wrestling fan that wants to see wrestling respectable and cool again, but in my mind, I know we're never gonna get back there. It's never gonna happen…

so I think that we're at a point where wrestling is dead. Wrestling is dead. And I don't know if we can bring it back, i really don't see it. I think pro wrestling is too far gone. And instead of trying to fight this fight, I just need to accept the fact that it's over.
All things come to an end, and I think we're at the end of the road with wrestling. I just think pro wrestling is finished, which is sad, but in the same breath, it is what it is.
and to be honest, I think that this needs to happen. i think that more people need to walk away from wrestling and just let wrestling fade out. As long as we keep trying to fight this fight, they're gonna look at it like:
> "you're still here, so you must like something about it. you keep watching every week and keep doing it."
which brings me back to my point about these podcasters and why I say they're disingenuous because especially the negative ones who always say every show sucks and everything trash and wack, every single fucking week.
They're never going to get to this point to the realization where
>"if everything is trash, why am I still watching it?"
I think i've gotten to that point, it's like, ok I can come up with beautiful ideas but promoters never run it in favor of running the IWC goofy ideas, i just think it's time we need to leave pro wrestling topics in the past.
But the other IWC podcasters are NEVER going to do that (leave it in the past), because they're making money, mostly off of SuperChats. They're not really making any money, but there might be a few who actually make money beyond SuperChats and YouTube monetization. Even if they get like 1K views and all, they probably make like $20 a video, not actually making any real bread.
There's a couple that do, but most of them don't, so it's to a point where i'm like:
> "why are these IWC podcasters doing this for!? Are they just doing it for attention?"
Because if you ain't making money on the back of "everything sucks", why do you keep coming back?
And I'm the type of dude where it's like I can't just keep doing something and getting no results from it.
I just think it's time to just let pro wrestling be, wrestling is dead and I don't think there's no coming back from it.
Because wrestling promoters aren't willing to do what needs to be done.
Here's the thing: in order for wrestling to make a change, people need to walk away from it. More people need to walk away from it.
and I know it's hard and I know you don't want to, but in order for this to get any better, you gotta leave it alone.
that's the only way for wrestling promoters to see that and be like:
> "hey! I gotta do something different! I'm losing viewers, people don't want to watch this product (WWE) no more! We're not selling tickets, this old way ain't working anymore! So we need to do something different!"
But as long as people keep coming back and keep watching wrestling week after week, promoters are gonna feel like they're not doing anything wrong.
Because they don't care about the product! All they care about is looking at numbers! And be like:
> "well, we're doing something right. I mean, the internet losers are doing a lot of bitching and crying, but our numbers ain't dropping off.
So they're gonna keep on doing what they're doing.
But if more people decided:
> "you know what? I can't fuck with wrestling until they make a change."
and they walk away and leave wrestling where it's at. It's the only way to force WWE's hand.
The problem is, people ain't gonna do that. People just ain't gonna do it.
and i'm getting to the point where I can't keep frustrating myself or keep myself miserable talking about shit that doesn't bring me any excitement and joy.
I can't keep doing this, so I'm to a point where, me personally, I gotta do something different.
It feels like i'm in a different universe and understand what's cool and what's not cool, i understand what would appeal to a mainstream audience, but the majority of wrestling fans don't understand that.
But they think the nonsense they like is actually cool, but it's really NOT, like seriously. And the reason why I know it's not cool, is because, look at the numbers: nobody really wants to watch wrestling.
How can the nonsense that people advocate for be cool, but the numbers don't improve?
> "why include Cena in that match with Seth Rollins and CM Punk?"
Because John Cena is the draw! And what's going on with Cena is, Cena is in the middle of a garbage heel run because nobody believes he's a heel.
so if Punk beats Cena, but his title reign is short lived because Seth comes down and takes the title from Punk, you still gotta incorporate Cena into that match because he lost the title! make John Cena feel like:
> "i'm not just gonna go out like a punk! I need my championship back!"
But Punk's like:
> "I feel like I got screwed over!"
Seth's like:
> "well i'm the champion. What the fuck are you two (John Cena & CM Punk) gonna do about it!?"
so Cena has a claim for the title, Punk has a claim for the title, and then we can just bring it all together at SummerSlam, and it's a MARQUEE Matchup.
