> Roman Reigns wants to work even less dates than he's ever doing currently, and also wants to be paid the same rate he's being overpaid
Just fire Roman Reigns' lazy ass then, WWE-TKO and move on. WWE-TKO, trust me, you're gonna save a lot of money in your pockets by getting rid of the Ignorant Prick of the Anoa'i Bloodline.

WWE-TKO have already proven that they can do better business buyrates and record profits WITHOUT Roman Reigns and don't really need him anymore.

this, Roman isn't really interested in working other than the biggest PPVs per year, his dates are late 2010's Brock Lesnar tier, its not like he's gonna move to AEW if he ever gets released, what value does this guy bring other than those OTC merch anyway if he's not gonna work

They really don't need him anymore, now he just feels like an afterthought and already retired

TKO just needs to let Reigns go, via contractual buyout. Basically frontload his salary pay, so he'll be getting a good sum, and then they take his contract off the books while eating some of the money, but actually saving a lot more money in the grand scheme of things.

Roman Reigns would absolutely fall flat on his face if he were to go to AEW without the WWE machine hyping him up.
same thing with Karrion Kross, he'd fall flat on his face in AEW too.
Rusev aka Miro fell flat on his face while he worked with AEW.

They should keep him around because he certainly doesn't hurt. But severely cut his pay. Also stop implicating him in angles that you know he's not going to be a part of. Like for example, Rollins keeps mentioning him even though he knows he's not gonna show up. And the crowd is chanting "OTC OTC OTC!" If he's not gonna show then don't bother talking about him, save the fans some energy and don't set them up for disappointment.

Also just in general, he's not really a special attraction guy like Brock was, or Undertaker was towards the end of his career. He doesn't have that appeal imo. He works better when he's consistently involved.

No Roman would team with Moxley so he would at least get the nostalgia pop.

Reigns and Moxley's best days are behind them. Seth Rollins is the only one left that's still got value and plenty left in the tank as a performer.
Moxley is an alcoholic and Reigns is just a piss icicle of a wrestler.

They really don't need him. He's not a draw - nobody is any more, just like they planned. So just manufacture another one. The real reason they're hesitant is that the do not want him joining back up with Moxley in AEW. Little do they realize, that won't draw, either, and he'll be having matches with twinks. WWE are scared for no reason.

i'm not usually one to wish for wrestlers to be fired but they should absolutely not renew roman's contract when it's up after mania. what are they paying him $15 MILLION a year to do?
>show up a dozen times maximum, only in summerslam/mania season
>only ever work with the current WWE champ, someone he's related to, or seth
>have heyman cut his promos for him
>wrestle a terrible match, "CINEMA" style where the cocovengers interfere
at least when brock was doing basically this, he could have good matches and lent some legitimacy to wrestling.
roman is the most overpaid, overpushed, talentless nepobaby of all time. there is no reason to keep him on board, working the schedule he is while paying him what he's being paid, unless TKO wants just wants to pop the nation of india repeatedly.
they fired all those other wrestlers because they didn't think they were worth paying to retain - roman reigns is not worth tens of millions of dollars doing this shit.

i honestly do not think roman would end up in AEW.
tony wouldn't want this toy. he'd expect him to work more than he's willing to (even with AEW's already lax schedule, it doesn't compare to what WWE allows him to get away with), with the expectation of a higher quality of work than he's capable of producing.
i'm not sure how much the top AEW stars are being paid but i doubt tony would put him up there or match his retarded WWE salary.
he'd just retire.

lmao that makes no sense, why would he run off to a promotion where he would be expected to work more and get paid less? He is clearly just in retirement mode and doing part-timer shit.

To be fair, same. I don't think he'd do it, he's a WWE guy. I was just being hypothetical anyway.

Like Jericho, you mean. And Roman would get paid more at AEW than WWE, guaranteed. You're talking like Tony's some kinda spend thrift. He is retarded with money.

Roman views himself as a celebrity, not a wrestler. He wouldn't want to work in AEW because it's not big time enough for him. Also I don't think AEW fans would care for him.
