for what it's worth i've never watched AEW
danhausen could be interesting in WWE, he has a very sports entertainment gimmick from what i've seen. but private party just looks like if you had the street profits but it was 2 montez fords (double jannetty) instead of 1 ford 1 dawkins.
i do think HHH is starting to do the tony thing of just signing anyone who gets released from the other company. which is of course stupid.

Cause AEW is stupid? You'd think with the Bucks involved, Tony should've been trying to rebuild the tag division. Instead he made The Righteous job to a solo, handicapped, face MJF. I don't blame them for walking. See, this is what happens when a promotion doesn't live or die by its draws; you get bookers pushing their friends and decisions that drive viewers away. /they're not worried about the weekly gates. To them, it doesn't matter if they still get their TV deal and their PPV money.

>only gets on Dynamite to put over Tony's Tiny Twinks

AEW still isn't profitable I'm afraid. And if Tony was trimming the fat then irredeemable shitters like Daniel Garcia, Wheeler Yuta, the Young Cucks, etc. etc. etc. would be gone. I think 99% of those people willingly left because they wanted out of the tranny rodeo.

Britt next

>Sources close to Mark (@WrestleMobs) have confirmed that Britt Baker is actively seeking to part ways with AEW. This would align with what fans have speculated based on her recent social media activity.

>As things currently stand, AEW isn’t looking to release Baker from her contract. The internal belief is they don't want any upcoming WWE Pittsburgh shows to be announced — as well as Evolution to pass — before letting anything move forward.

>We’re told that Britt feels there’s nothing left keeping her in AEW, pointing to burned bridges and a sense that the environment has changed around her. Whether this ends with a quiet release or something louder, the door appears closer to shut than ever before.

Brother, have you seen the show lately? There's like a dozen of them. That being said, if you're talking Edris Enofe and Malik Blade, those niggers have been down there for like 4-5 years already. It's clear they're not going up at this point, you might as well release them and replace them with a new act that'll cost basically the same amount of money.
>>18138686
I want 2.0,/3.0/Everrise or whatever the fuck you call them back. Those fuckers are funny and are evergreen jobbers who can get a match over. They're the perfect kind of guys to have on a developmental show even if they never go up. I doubt it. Her AEW gig is pretty easy considering she doesn't have to travel to ever show. Most of her she is all pretaped for youtube.

>Why is Paul signing every shitter from AEW he possibly can?
To encourage more and more to leave the toy box the same way Tony signed every released WWE name he could to try and make it seem AEW was the better option for them too. The second Triple H starts getting picky about who they bring in it gives pause to whichever AEW name is contemplating leaving there

Because the free agents were very thin in 2018. Lots of people were locked into deals with ROH/TNA/NJPW/WWE. They had to settle for whoever they got, they were extremely lucky Jericho was not under WWE contract when they formed.

Evil Uno was literally the last guy to draw a milly for AEW and when he did it he managed to pull AEW out of a two month no milly slump. I would sign him as a figurative "fuck you," to Tony.

Dakota is made of glass and on the wrong side of the wall.

If I was Tony I would throw fuck you money at Roman and let him take as much time off for film/cancer as he wants. Even in the worst years of end stage Vincism people would still show up to watch on the off hand chance Roman MIGHT make an appearance. That is some certified draw shit, and it would make the fed bleed.

It's funny how WWE is becoming how TNA was in in the early 2010's.

They hire everyone that gets fired from the rival promotion because they think it will give them the upper-hand.

Then usually the first thing they do is shittalk their former home (In TNA, they let guys do the shittalking on TV in the ring, in WWE, they just have them go onto WWE-friendly podcasts/shows and do their shittalking there)

Private Party should probably go, they basically hit their ceiling in AEW. They were lucky to get a run with the tag titles.

Danhausen is definitely gone since he's a Punk guy.

Matt Menard I think they'll keep around, even as a backup announcer. Angelo Parker I'm not sure, he's currently on paternity leave with Ruby Soho. Maybe he retires to be a dad.

Mariah May is gone.

Renee is staying with Moxley

Jericho I honestly don't know. Definitely think TK has gotten a clue that he isn't well liked, and Jericho can only reinvent himself so many times. So I can see him going back to WWE (Albeit who knows, I bet WWE will make him have a retirement match and induct him into the HoF). On the other hand, TK definitely has loyalty to Jericho for helping found AEW and trusts him a lot, which is why he was first world champ. I honestly don't know what Jericho does.

Dark Order guys I can see leaving. I don't think WWE would pick them up, they're all pretty old. I can see them going back on the indies, and maybe doing a stint in TNA.

Kip Sabian seems to be okay as one of Christian's stooges. His wife Penelope Ford is also being used consistently now.

SPOILERS FOR THE UPCOMING COLLISION Scorpio Sky returned to beat up Max Caster at latest Collision taping. He's a part of Top Flight now and Christopher Daniels is managing him.

I think Dakota is going back to Japan first, either for Stardom, or (if she likes Rossy) Marigold.

But I can see her going to AEW if she has a successful stint in Japan/ on the indies.

Yeah she was gone when it was realized she was a trouble maker.

She made a long term planned story line with her turning on and feuding with Jamie Hayter go down the shitter because she had some sort of real life falling out with Jamie. Who knows over what.

And now you have guys like Andrade and Miro/Rusev being stucking in the midmid card.

I think a lot of AEW guys are starting to realize the grass isn't greener on the other side, and are weighing their options carefully.

Seems to me that TK is making the smart decision to let WWE releases prove themselves on the indie/overseas to show they can thrive outside of the WWE box and if they're willing to do jobs to non-WWE guys.
