I will say it's fucked up how SSRIs and anti-depressants aren't considered controlled substances the same way painkillers are.

Both make you have withdrawals but they call it something else with SSRIs, "readjustment" or something, some other bullshit term that isn't "withdrawals" that lets them get around the scheduling/insurance issues.

My whole experience with these kinds of drugs turned me heel against the pharma industry in general, and not just the pharma industry but also bad doctors who are in collusion with them and will just throw pills at people haphazardly.

I have panic attacks too. they're kind of weird and not like anxiety. you'll be fine like 99.999% of the time and then your brain just says "lol you now feel like you're suffocating or having a heart attack worked bitch" and you just got to deal with it.
I just look like a tweaker when I have an episode so I tell people I had too much caffeine.
pretty sure it all stemmed from a day I had food poisoning and was scared I was dying for a shoot

I smoked a fuck load of weed every day for 4 years then randomly had a panic attack and was forced to quit cold turkey.
This whole year has been relearning how to enjoy things without being under the influence. If you've never had a panic attack, feel blessed. It's shoot life changing.
