Will Ospreay: On Our Worst Day, AEW Smokes E-Drone Chomos
It's no secret that Will Ospreay is proud to be the flag-bearer for AEW and truly believes that the promotion lives up to its tagline of "Where the best wrestle." During a recent interview with Josh Martinez of Z100 on Superstar Crossover, Ospreay was asked about the upcoming AEW All In: Texas event taking place on the same night as a reported WWE Saturday Night's Main Event card on NBC.
When asked why people should tune into AEW over WWE, Ospreay said it's because AEW is simply the better wrestling company. He respects their wrestlers and shouted out names like Gunther, Chad Gable, and Randy Orton, but says that when it comes down to it, AEW smokes WWE in every field of wrestling.
"Because we smoke them in every field of wrestling. Mate, we're just better. Like, I respect them. I respect every single one of them there. They're all vets. They all know what they're doing. They're great at their job. They understand getting people on their feet. But we are so much more of a better wrestling company than them. Our guys smoke them every single day of the week. They've got good guys, like Gunther. They've got great guys, like Randy Orton. They've got good guys, like Chad Gable. I respect all of them, but on our worst day, we smoke all of you guys."
