AEW are going to have internal performance metrics for every employee. It will be based on merchandise sales, deltas for buys when featured vs not featured, minute by minute ratings, etc.
I would love to see Mones. Given the size of her contract, I have a feeling that she could well be the most financially costly wrestler on the roster.
Now there will be intangible benefits. Mone is a great self promoter which will be a walking billboard for AEW. She's also famous enough where its possible that she could bring in a small number of fans of a different demographic than would usually bother to watch AEW which is good for AEWs sales pitch to networks. And although these are intangible, there will be a dollar figure attached in value.
But taken straight as numbers, shes got to be the most expensive loss maker in the company.
