None of them actually know how to wrestle they just go from spot to spot and if they're lucky they're in the ring with an Ex-WWE guy (very likely) and they can carry them through the match.

Because they don't care about psychology whatsoever. Being invested in only the high spots makes a make extremely boring overall. Especially when most of the high spots have been done constantly. on TV, and multiple times in the same match.
