Great main event on an otherwise pretty mediocre show.

>mizuki wrestled arai
>suzume wrestled moka
>shoko wrestled daydream
>misao did not wrestle daydream
they actually have real heat with each other...
>>18161189She's not like that
>>18161198spray can counts as wrestling for misao
Diaper Misao is afraid of the Doragon
>>18161198yea I noticed that too
>>18161196It was a main event show and it delivered. Also Pom was great, and Mahiro and Toga.
>>18161198Like Ultimo Guerrero and Soberano Jr. Let's see if they mysteriously never touch during their tag title match.
>>18161200*carries the oafster to a good match in you're path*

>>18161216mysterious h player

>>18161198misao is injured and didn't want to get involved much. title match isn't looking too hot
>*is a terrible professional wrestler in you're path*
>>18161221if she had no boobs people would hate her more than moka
>>18161216Arai and Raku(?) in the mirror
>But but but but I'm still freaking out, because honestly, not having my fave in the main event is just unbearably frustrating. Today it really hit me again that they're not there, and now my overwhelming emotions are spiraling out of control.
>>18161220>misao is injuredshe isnt. shes been wrestling normal and today she wrestled moka and arai.
Rika talks too much, send her to Marigold so that 219 and Groomtami can straighten her out
Here are the prediction results for the first 2 matches of the final qualifying round
>>18161198Seriously the hottest tag feud in Japan right now
>Chaoskampf, or the combat myth, is a widespread mythological motif involving battle between a culture hero deity with a chaos monster, often in the form of a sea serpent or dragon.
Most world cultures features this myth. Thor vs Jorgmungandr, Ra vs Apophis, Zeus vs Typhon. And TJPW is no different. For when the Hero slays the Dragon, that's when ya finna know that shit is getting real
>>18161227which uncle said this
>>18161219bold of you to assume a random table or door won't fall on yoppy while she goes for her post win interview and win the title
>>18161239Look at those fools who bet on a Shino W. Laugh at them.
>>18161189being yelled at by Misao with no pants on and her whole pussy hanging out
>>18161242>>18161245You guys are out here making jokes but Rika and Misao arent friends anymore
>>18161273yes they are you delusional retard
>>18161273who would have thought this would ever happen? i blame rika for having a bitch fit and overstepping her boundary by coming at the producer. the fight would have been avoided.
>>18161273keep the memories of who I was before :โ(
>>18161273I tire of your unfounded Misao conspiracies, anon. I really do.
>>18161283the fight would've been avoided if misao wasn't an unprofessional lazy cunt and actually finished her script at a reasonable time. reminder that she said rika should quit first btw
>bitch and moan waifufags are ruining the discussion
>the discussion:
>>18161273Must be more to the story, no way Misao being lazy is enough to kill their friendship.
>>18161305yeah the story is that they're still friends despite someone desperately trying to push his headcanon for a week now
>Chikaschizo derailing the thread again
Not a shoko spammer but the ME was really poppin off the most when shoko and/or rika were in the ring. Also, intentional or not, except when misao got knocked out by Rika spinning with the stick they did not interact at all
>>18161318People don't spam Shoko enough
>>18161283Rika is the veteran, therefore in Japan she's correct. Also everywhere else she's correct because a playwright should have a script before rehearsals start.
>>18161305the reason misao was in her sports bra at 9 in the morning was because rika ripped her shirt off
>>18161318because they're saving spots for ssp. misao is obviously gonna be the one to pin rika
>What!? Getting to learn from Yamashita-san and Nakajima-san!? Thatโs amazing!! Iโm so jealous!!!
>>18161318Shoko/Rika and Shoko/Miu are top tier combos, but the others weren't bad either.
Was it a good idea to publicly reveal the approximate location of the dojo?
1
md5: 3f6a572ba6b629ff97147b9b7f282408
๐
TJPW must be hard up for money and recruits to do open training classes like this. I don't think the other CF feds do it, even if I think it's an interesting and good idea. Chocopro does stuff like this with Darejyo, a women's fitness class based around wrestling drills.
>>18161333They share the dojo with the ddt guys, they'll be fine
>>18161333I think people were already generally aware of where the Dojo is, and even the ad copy only mentions an approximate location. Sorta like AirBNB.
>>18161324>saving spots for sspthey wouldve only wrestled today for like 3 min and then tagged someone else but they didnt. it was really odd. theyve never done that before when 1 person doesnt wrestle at least the other opposing team member.
>>18161341they're the only cf promotion that actually makes money, so maybe the other 2 should take some pointers from them
Tasomi wants to try the TJPW class
We got ourselves another Tieo/Hiyori Yawata on our hands.
Dragonslayer Misao and Executioner Shoko
>>18161331Shoko/anyone and Shoko/broom are some other top-tier combos
>>18161321Tbf Misao was injured and couldnt even get her nails done. It was worse last year when she had to rewrite the script like the week before and do rehearsals in such a short time. Rika didnt spaz out back then so idk why she did so this time.
>>18161352and that's exactly why they're doing this. if you can get someone in a ring and taking some bumps it becomes a lot easier to recruit them
>>18161352was that the chick that was super tall when taking pics with the players or that was that canadian one angesoymilk or whatever
>>18161358Haru just shoot dropping herself onto her neck and head every time she does that. No wonder she looked sorta upset after the match was over before remembering to smile and act happy that she won.
>>18161358Passion Haru is dimes
>>18161338this is the story that rika fans ignore all the time. she wanted to quit.
>>18161362The dream on the ring finale showed us that shoko and Rika are top tier at making green rookies look good. And we've seen shoko/Yoshihiko. Wonder what Rika vs Yoshihiko would look like....
I am so fucking bored with this Misao/Rika shit.
>>18161372She already quit. She said shes not doing HYPE 4.
>>18161372nope
>On the day of the event, in the morning, Pami suggested cutting down the script to lessen the burden on the performers. Rika lost her temper (seems she was irritated because she had memorized the whole script in just two days and suddenly being told this upset her). Pami also snapped, saying Rika didnโt have to participate if she felt that way.misao said she didn't have to take part and she simply called her bluff
>>18161365Because by Misao's own admission, she was up all night writing and rewriting and changing the script on them during rehearsals. Misao rewrote the script last year because she was injured and couldn't be in it anymore, but I think she was only playing a minor character.
If we dont get a Misao and Rika selfie by the end of the year then we will know its actually over over.
>>18161369I'm not sure what Tasomi looks like/if that tall girl was her, but she's a big UUG fan and fan artist.
Angesoymilk is a Canadian fan who AFAIK hasn't been to Japan yet.
>>18161369Yes, she's about as tall as Kamiyu
>>18161375It was only last week that we were being told the merch lady secretly hates Misao and is undermining her with cryptic tweets. And now we're supposed to believe Rika now hates her too. It's all just nonsense.
>>18161392All nonsense. The only person who hates Misao is her ex husband.
>>18161382The struggle of putting on HYPE together will only bring them together.
>>18161365she was able to sign portraits well enough, and typing is much easier than writing
Seems like Tasumi is way into UUG and TJPW. She might do the training just to become friends with them.
Where's deha_nemasu, since they're inviting obsessed fans now.
>>18161395>ex husbandnow this is the real gossip story that we need more info on. please elaborate.
All I'm saying is this, in a shoot Misao would shit herself if she saw Rika charging at her.
the erotic pits of my wife ragu
>>18161408Oh I was memeing about how everyone in here thinks either the Misao proposal show was a work, or she did get married but has since divorced. All because her home streaming area has some toys and posters in the background.
tasomi would make a good player. she's mentally ill so that's already a plus
Dressing up as a Japanese lady and sneaking into the dojo so I can do drills with Shoko
>>18161412You think they get laser treatment? The shave is always so clean, except for newbies like Chika when she debuted.
>>18161411rika is pretend crazy
misao is a shoot menhera
anons on here use menhera too loosely on anybody
misao is actually and legitimately menhera
i will pray for rika
This match was doomed from the moment Wakana tripped Shino up with her daikon legs. They never got back on track after this
>>18161419>All because her home streaming area has some toys and posters in the background.nah its because shes been living there forever and one would think with her married she would have moved out
>>18161420She seems to be in pretty good shape already. And she's tall so she has a good frame to put on the inevitable muscle she'll gain as a player.
>>18161437her arms are already decently sized from all the drawing and bean flicking
>>18161441We need more tall players. YUMI retired and ever since it's just been shorties.
>>18161383neko got injured this year
>>18161441I can be her number 1 fan since day 0
>>18161402>Where's deha_nemasuNow there's a match
Rare botch from the Pyonster
Was this the final match that Misao and Rika will be on together until SSP?
shall be cancelling my shupro sub next week since they're giving yoppy's column spot to some wave shitter instead of one of our girls
>>18161467I thought Rika wasn't going
>>18161462in a couple of days they have a 6 woman tag. now if they dont wrestle each other here i will be laughing extra hard.
>>18161471She's not. Rika and Misao's next fight will be in their personal lives, unseen to anybody but bystanders filming them for LiveLeak

how is miyu gonna find the time to teach dojo classes after she signs the contract i was assured she was signing?
I was full on team Wakana during dream on the ring but now I can't stand her. She's just an attention whore who's tried multiple jobs to see what clicks and gives her some fame. The moment she realized wrestling was working and she had fans shouting her name, she stopped giving a fuck, no training, no new moves, no in-ring personality. Now she just sucks in the ring, ruins matches and posts a thigh or titty pic from time to time to keep the fans happy.
>>18161528she actually does train though, which is the concerning part. no new moves was kamiyu's recommendation to her during that fateful night in seattle. i still like her but it's pretty depressing how stagnant she's been
I thought Moka looked good. Can't wait till she breaks the bee's back again
Bane from Batman, but it's Moka
you say that after every match
>>18161548but it's the first time she did a back breaker?
>>18161507I thought she looked sad because she was jobbing, but then her team won. Maybe she was doing a reverse jobber face, or maybe there is no rhyme or reason to the bird's facial whims.
>>18161550she didn't do a backbreaker
>>18161564what was the move called?

>>18161507I thought she was mad at first too, but I think if you keep watching it becomes just a weird facial expression.
>>18161524The press release did mention that the classes will be lead by Shoko and Miyu but also other people when they're away. They have contingencies in place.
>her name is Fumirin not Fumurin
>>18161613Lol at least it's not from when you could pay to take a mark photo touching his dick.
Tokyo Joshi Pro co-head coach, All Elite Wrestling superstar Yamashita Miyu.
>>18161575I wonder if she didn't do the more common tilt a whirl backbreaker because Miu and Rika use backbreakers already. So she made it into a tilt a whirl slam.
>>18161620I feel like training with Miyu would be a detriment to your career. Give me the Shoko led class instead. Unless you want to be trained by Miyu to learn what not to do.
fumirin's shoot name is merin fujinami

>champion gets pinned before title match
why does koda love doing this dumb shit
>>18161691It's a Vince thing
I have no idea who is winning the title matches. Genuinely no clue. My predictions bracket will be a sea of red.
>>18161695unless mizuki gets her win back in texas she's retaining. kyokyo aren't dropping the belts yet. moka is probably winning because it's her third attempt and suzume needs to be free for the dejimon tag challenge
>>18161686Anytime the champ is beaten, the belt changes hands. Considering they knew the finish of the match, which was Yoppy over Riara, I doubt Yoppy didn't know/realize she won the belt from her close friend.
She's just a good actor. You got worked.
>>18161691Because it instills doubt in your mind that the champ might lose if they face off again.
I'd much prefer this over a time limit draw just to protect everybody. Mizuki got pinned but only because she was distracted fighting Moka and Arai kicked her in the head.
>>18161688The Chikaschizo is the one that does that
>>18161709What's the point of wrestling if we don't buy into it and get worked at least some of the time? They're skilled performers.
>>18161716>Because it instills doubt in your mind that the champ might lose if they face off again.not really. how many times has a champion actually ended up losing the title match too? and he did this exact thing with miyu and mizuki in april
>Uta, now an adult with the right to vote at 18. Letโs set aside where her resident registration actually isโsomewhere, a voting paper has definitely arrived! Check your mailbox! The voting day is the day before in Ota Ward, but you can also vote early. The paper you write your name on feels amazing to write on.
>So yeah, today at the fan event, I ended up being the "election advice uncle" w. Go vote!
>>18161736Miyu beat champ Mizuki in the TPC and then won it and immediately beat Mizuki again in the title match. So it's happened. People already think Arai might get the belt at SSP.
>>18161809I think Uta said she watches the news every day now because she wants to be a more knowledgeable citizen. So this isn't actually that weird to talk to her about if she wants to be more civilly engaged
>>18161864You're forgetting that Mizuki pinned Miyu in their preliminary match
>>18161864no we dont. we actually watch the shows and know that the pop title doesnt change hands at ssp since the tpc is after.
I remind you again that the only player who won the pop belt on her first challenge was Yuu way back in 2016. If you think Arai is going to win that means you still haven't learned how Koda books the company
>>18161945again it doesnt matter since the tpc is after ssp and having the pop title change hands would make the tpc pointless.
Alright after today's show I'm not sold on Wakana. How do I invest into? Any essential Kira matches?
>>18162058Her feet are blurred!!! WHY?!!

four days until I fly out to see the friendly players
The Dallas show has nearly sold out, there's only one section left. If it is in the 6000 capacity venue, is it going to outdraw Evolution?
I am brave enough to say that HIMAWARI is underratedly hot
>>18163660she did this because someone said they are in hospital and need cheering up.
>>18163817I'm pretty sure it's in their theater space, not the arena space. 600 is still a good number though.
>>18163845except they said it already beat their best mania week number and was on track to do at least 1k, so it can't be that one
>>18163845https://x.com/tjpw2013/status/1939713021271794143#m
They've said it's their biggest US show ever in terms of tickets, so it has to be at least over 812. The only venue at the OC with that much capacity is the Arena
Now I do doubt that it's going to sell as much
>>18163817 anon thinks. My guess is they've set up the venue for a third to half capacity so 2000ish maybe? Still a big achievement though
my personal guess is going to be they do about 3000. tokyo story oil money is pushing it hard in terms of ads and local supports
They're not doing over 1,000. Come on guys.

One of Emi's Darejyo women is gonna go to the wrestling class. I don't watch it but from clips on her account she has a nice dropkick. I wonder though, would they waive their dumb age limit if someone that goes to this actually wants to become a trainee? I'm assuming she's not under 25
that's nosawa. emi wanted her to become a gtmv roster member but she refused.

>>18164107So not under 25
>>18164024She's the one in black? Her face looks a little like Misao and seemed the most serious one there. I'd snap her up.
>>18164108Might be easier for them if they didn't list 25 as their upper age limit. It's not like they enforce it anyway so why even have that extra barrier to entry
>>18164024Hyper Misao is her oshi and shes also a fan of KyoKyo so shes like us
>>18164181unfortunately she has no plans on becoming a wrestler even though shes very charismatic if you watch darejyo. her obsessive misao tweets are pretty funny too. some people just want to train and thats it. theyre fine with having their office job where they can make money to support their favorite. with hiyori/tieo, shes still studying so wrestling is just a side thing for now.

>>18163817Yeah, I doubt it's 6,000, but the fact it's drawing on a similar scale as Evolution feels significant.

i think they still haven't turned the stream off
>>18164507Is Maki's idol performance streaming anywhere?
>>18163908>https://files.catbox.moe/mlv6th.mp4Kek, I asked her about the ducks.
>>18164524Luckily the archive of the youtube stream is available, so I can watch the matches I missed. And yes, I heard the Wakana match was bad, but I'm watching it anyway
If they really do draw 1,000+ that meeto is going to be a fucking nightmare.
HIMAWARI should cheer me up with a hairjob
>>18163609The audio got fucked up during the main even as well. Hope they can fix it.
>>18164604that was only on the youtube stream
>>18164590Those are shoes, anon.
>>18164609Ah. That's what I watched. Figured they'd be the same.
>>18164614But there are feet under the shoes
>>18164474Hopefully they offer an option for no commentary because I am not fucking listening to that shit.
>>18164448Toga's look is just over with the stacies. Helped further in her appearances in HYPE shows looking very handsome.

>>18164181Takagi should sign fans of the OGs. The OGs are the SOVL players and their fans would inherit that quality.
Went to scope out Post before the show
>>18164673Nice. How's the food there? Looks good.
>>18164675Oh thereโs a bunch of decent places to get food in here. Had a nice spicy tuna bowl but theyโve got pretty much every ethnic group covered here.
Gonna be interesting how they set up in here.
>>18164113I don't know her exact age but I thought Hiyori/Tieo said that she joined Darejyo because she didn't know what to do after turning 20. So I would have assumed that she's in her early to mid 20s but I guess she could be older. Her age is not public.
>>18164673How's the gacha store? Is it as barebones as it looks on Google maps?
>>18164108The press release for these classes only says junior high and up, instead of the auditions which usually have an age limit which they ignore anyway for reasons you mentioned.
They even put Wakana and Himawari on the poster and they were both older than 25 when they debuted, but the idea was to illustrate new faces who had joined the company recently.
And if you're really old Takagi will send you to debut in Ganbare Pro
>>18164271More or less. They learn to bump and roll and do lock ups and other wrestling drills just on that mat, which obviously hurts less than a real ring but most ring training uses big mats for bumping too.
They also borrow the Heat Up Dojo occasionally to do the same drills but in a real ring.
There's at least one lady who seems to show up and train with them at all the ring training but doesn't seem to want to be a wrestler. She's doing rope running and back and forth rolls and rope evasion/agility and climbing the turnbuckles.
>>18164746ganpro isn't part of cyberfight now so any hags would get sent to tjpw
99% of those darejyo participants dont want to be wrestlers. they just do it to get exercise and do so with a community of other females who have a shared interest in wrestling. some have been going there for years and havent become trainees so they have no interest in it. out of the last 3 trainees, 2 dropped out and the other that continued was hiyori/tieo.
>>18164811how much do they pay per session?
>>181648201000 yen for about 2 hours
>>18164820Their Twitter says first timers are free but it's normally 1000 yen per session. It's more of a fitness class with themes of wrestling than actual wrestling, though very similar for obvious reasons.
I'm actually surprised dropkicks are part of the curriculum since it does involve a fairly heavy full body bump, even on a padded mat
>>18164831I think the ones they do at the Heat Up Dojo with a real ring costs more, maybe double. But still very affordable. I'd love it if it existed in my area.
>>18164831>>18164839The TJPW one is 3000 yen for 2 hours, so I'd imagine the women going to it will be ones at least a little more inclined to potentially becoming trainees. It'll also have a much lower retention rate given that they'll be bumping in a real ring and running the ropes
>>18164740Pretty bare bones. More of a hallway than a store. 4 units probably about twenty podson each side of the unit. They had some kiosk down there in the atrium.
>>18164874first timers will do it just to experience the tjpw dojo and wrestling in a ring but yes after that they wont be going as often unless theyre actually committed. why pay 3000 when that money can go towards a show and/or towards a portrait. why pay that much when they can just go to darejyo and get a similar experience.
>>18164911To some, 3000 yen to train with and talk to Shoko and Miyu will be worth it.
I do wonder if trainees will lose that sense of wonder once they see Miyu and Shoko outside of their public personas and just as wrestling coaches.
