>>18167497 (OP)He is the most repulsive wrestler ever or atleast for the 30+ years that encompasses modern wrestling. I think it's because he is extremely generic. Like, David Arquette was shitty because of something memorable for the wrong reasons. Bastion Booger is also etched in everyones' mind because of the absurdity of his gimmick.
But Daniel Garcia is just the absence of everything. Charisma, gimmick, in ring work. Everything. It's like how there's a difference between darkness and the absence of light. Daniel Garcia is not darkness he is absence of light. I don't watch shitty AEW anymore but when I did, I couldn't even bear watching him. It's as if he made my brain took me out of it and said: "why are you even watching this?". It's as if you're watching a truly shitty movie, not a meme-ishly bad movie like The Room.
I don't react like that when some shitty womeme match comes on. It's just a piss break. Same with some boring low card match, or some shitty wrestler. But Daniel Garcia made me quit watching wrestling altogether. As long as he has a career something is wrong with the wrestling business. He is a symbol of modern wrestling. He reminds me of how wrestlers like Road Warriors used to occupy the ring and locker rooms and now it's elementary school boys like him who are pushed. A Barry Horowitz in his prime would've look like a star if he faced Garcia, and Garcia would've looked like some local jobber that the promoter picked up from the street for some hot dog and a handshake. It's terrible really the more you think about it. It's worse than Invasion stuff and Russo stuff.
