First one that comes to mind is Cyberslam '96 but a lot of that is subjective, I would just gather up a bunch of stuff from 1993-1997 and go from there. Main thing I remember from Cyberslam was a great match between Sabu and 2 Cold.

There is a redub of everything ECW on xwt and xwt classic, using the the WWE network footage as a base, reinserting the original audio and any cut footage. If you don't have an xwt account you can use a VPN and a temporary email to create an account, you don't need the same IP when logging into it just creating it.
As far as a PPV that's not Heatwave 98, I actually think November 98 is solid. The real star of the show is the multiple video packages, half of which are set to rob zombie. Heyman gets a lot of credit as a booker, but ECW was a lot of taking idea's directly from his time with Eddie Gilbert, and then running long shows at the ECW arena to edit the watchable parts down to an hour long tv show, of which he would constantly airclips from on later episodes, and when you were lucky he would take all this random footage and edit it together to try and make it into a storyline months after the fact. But on that show you get what's probably the dudleys best ECW match from a structural point of view. A good Lynn vs Storm match with double referees doing a lot of personality work and a mainevent of all their biggest guys and Chris Candido. You just have to suffer through a Jake Roberts appearance and Tommy Dreamer trying to act believable in front of a crying Terry Funk.

Sadly, the only good way is to find an old VHS rip online. I would check youtube and dailymotion first. If you find the full shows there you can use OBS to screen record them. It means you will have to use a video editor and trim the beginning and end, but that is very easy. If you can't find them on a video site, you'll need to check torrent sites.

November '99 I remember being decent overall watching it live. Felt like a real PPV experience and the main event was kino, I also remember New Jack making an appearance against the Baldies which I am sure is better in the dub, as is Raven and Tommy's tag entrances vs The Impact Players.

I don't think I would have become as big a wrestling fan if not for seeing this ppv. It was around the time I learned about TNA through Comcast On Demand's sports archive section, there would be random X division matches put up with promotion for whatever that month's ppv was. And by that time I got decent internet and started learning about these guys wrestling for ROH. And the ppv was awesome despite the lower production from what I was used to seeing. That started my descent into indie and japanese wrestling that continues to this day

Yeah but feinstein was long gone by 2007. It's not like someone supporting MLW who's active promoter Court Bauer bragged on a podcast with Konnan and registered pedophile Chasyn Rance about interviewing a girl as she was being sexually assaulted.
