Injuries and thinking back I don't recall her ever cutting a decent to good promo. That alone will hold somebody back HUGE in WWE. If you can't talk with any kind of conviction then they can't put together video packages for your match. If they can't promote and sell your match then they're not going to give you any kind of big featured opportunities. If you're not getting any ppv matches or important weekly ones then you're just a body who'll be used to put over others who can do all of that
