He might have grown up in the business and gotten his dad's promo skills, but I've never seen him show much in the way of booking or writing acumen. Maybe he'd be better off as a promo coach to teach the kids how to cut a promo without it sounding stiff and rehearsed.

Stephanie (and by proxy, Cunter) was director of creative by 2002 and then promoted to SVP of creative by 2006. She and Cunter have driven WWE into the ground. Vince only focused on a few of his handpicked guys and let them book everything else. And the show has been getting shittier and shittier ever since.
