She wants Mandy fired. A compromise is made to move her back to NXT and away from any of the main brands in case they move Roman around. That's why she held the title for so long there, because she was never getting called back up. That's why when Toxic Attraction had those few main roster matches it was just Jacy and Gigi as a tag team without Mandy. Eventually Mandy gets bored and starts up with the content and starts pushing the envelope with it more and more. Fans get loud about it. Management finds out and she's given the choice to either shut it down or get released. She opts for the latter since she had zero chance of moving upwards in the company and was making stupid good money from the content. So yeah she isn't being brought back. She isn't getting a call back. If anything she did them a favor by creating a situation where they actually had a reason to release her
