Damn, wrestlers having catchphrases really broke your brain. Make sure you don't watch any popular wrestling from the past 40 years, if that continues to bother you.

Wait, who is the WWE Real World Champion? Was it Seth and he got injured? Who gives AF about Gunther when the real championship is up for grabs?

It feels like an HBK situation for me with hanger. I don't care about the guy behind the character aside from the fact he likes Banjo Kazooie, but he's one of the best guys for ringside storytelling

Wrestling is a corny sport anon, and that's what makes it fun. Hulk Hogan, Kane, Taker, JBL, all of them when you look at the sum of their parts. But they were fun because they're corny larger than life people. I'm not saying Hangman is that same level, but I am saying that calling something corny in a field that is corny is a bit silly

Sure, all those names you listed did corny shit and did "haha" at some, or several points, but they themselves rarely came across as corny. They had credibility and could carry themselves like men when needed. JBL would at times, but he was chickenshit heel. He wasn't being some badass babyface FOTC. And Hogan had his moments, but some of those were shit too--or entertaining for the wrong reason, like screaming "THAT'S MY HEAD" when he's supposed to be the top heel.
