Actual nurse here as you get older and get to his age your brain starts slowing down and your motion function gets shittier. You know how you can raise your hand in a second with ease? In 40+ years it will be different. Think a video game with lag where you tell your arm to move but it doesn't happen till 2 seconds later and you aren't used to that.
