If TNA can survive Hogan and Bischoff trying and failing to turn it into WCW 2.0, a tranny loving owner, losing its 6 sided ring AND infamously losing the impossible battle of the ratings war with WWE, I think they'll be alright no matter what.
The only REAL problem is trying to prevent TNA from becoming NXT 2. Because what reason is there to be on TNA if it's already connected to WWE? You may as well go to NXT and work your way up that way, cuz I feel like using TNA to get into WWE would probably put you on some shitlists.
