Yeah they do, usually full PPVs with the same theme as the upcoming PPV but typically not the important ones the fans really want to see from the Attitude Era.
Same with the WCW channel, they run 2000-2001 PPVs and the early 90s PPVs.
WWE Vault will show Superstars episodes from time to time, and WCW is rerunning the old 1985 and the 1995 episodes weekly.

I'm still waiting for the whole "let's go relive the war by hosting it ourselves" moment where we can actually see the complete shows and PPVs.
Right now it's still pretty stoccato here and random there.

2. Prison Break season 1 was one of the most enjoyable pieces of television I'd ever seen and I'm going to watch the whole show again because even though it nosedived in quality I still think there's some fun to be had there

They already had a giant amount of "binge watch TV series" crowd and adding any particular TV series isn't necessarily going to get them more of those people. Raw gives them a 52 weeks a year top 10 show.
