Simply keep physical activity to an absolute minimum as much as possible, and eat/drink a lot of high-calorie slop with complete disregard for nutrition deficiencies or for developing health issues from consuming too much of the wrong thing like sodium, added sugar, etc.
Repeat daily for a decade or two = Jabba the Hutt status
It's fairly easy to consume at least 5000 calories daily if you eat the right crappy food regularly. Imagine someone who drinks three or four 20-ounce bottles of Coke a day instead of drinking water; that's nearly 1000 calories daily right there not even including the food
