Simply keep physical activity to an absolute minimum as much as possible, and eat/drink a lot of high-calorie slop with complete disregard for nutrition deficiencies or for developing health issues from consuming too much of the wrong thing like sodium, added sugar, etc.
Repeat daily for a decade or two = Jabba the Hutt status
It's fairly easy to consume at least 5000 calories daily if you eat the right crappy food regularly. Imagine someone who drinks three or four 20-ounce bottles of Coke a day instead of drinking water; that's nearly 1000 calories daily right there not even including the food

Dude looked so fucking defeated coming away from that appointment. He put 10kg or so back on but kept the rest off. I still see him in town occasionally, says he's wearing compression shorts, shirts and socks just to move around comfortably. Poor guy's making the most of it, got a girlfriend too. I imagine he would have been happier if he got the surgery 5 years ago like he'd hoped.

The second guy fell in his house at 2am and broke his hip, bled out and I found him dead at 10am the next day.
