Baptism is a spiritual ritual where you emerge from the waters reborn as a new person under God, there's no magic water required. John the Baptist used small ponds and shallow lakes, and when Jesus underwent Baptism in such waters he emerged as Christ.

The more you believe in why you are doing it, the more effective it is. Which is why baptizing infants doesn't really make much sense except for cleansing them of Original Sin.
