>>18354217 (OP)I agree that Hogan was generally a lying racist asshole, likely to the very end, and I say that as a guy who was a fan of his gimmick for years
But I am forever thankful that I'm not one of these people who write paragraphs of other people 's flaws and shortcomings (particularly on the day of their death), yet wouldn't spend more than a minute looking at their own
I'm not saying that Hogan's bad traits should never be brought up, discussed or addressed. As a public figure, that's to be expected
But at the same time....somewhere out there, there's a liberal woman who's actively cheating on her loyal husband/boyfriend, while spending the entire day on social media going on about how terrible Hogan was for his racist words and Republican stance
Somewhere out there, there's a black guy joking on instagram about "smoking on that Hogan pack" who is regularly stealing from persons in his community, or selling poison to them in the form of drugs
Bring up Hogan's wrongdoings and controversies all you want, but for every minute you spend doing it, you should spend another minute owning your own bullshit, self-evaluating and self-improving
Otherwise you'll spend the rest of your life just sitting on the "holier-than-thou" sidelines gossiping and criticizing others, all the while letting your flaws consume you because you decided to focus way too much precious time on other people's flaws
