>740 KTRHThat's Houston's "big" AM radio station and by "big" I mean it was the one that carried Rush Limbaugh and the Astros. It wasn't uncommon for people to go work in Kosovo for a stretch and it wasn't uncommon to see war criminals (read: veterans) make their way to Texas. The muslims made their way to Qatar and whatnot, the orthodox and Christian or Christian-leaning sorts went to America. Many of them to Texas. In Kosovo, the crane operators had armored cockpits and all day snipers on both sides would fuck about plinking them as they went about doing whatever it was they were doing.
Lots of good old boys went over there for big money, the American passport didn't do much for them (read: anything), but humorously it seems like it's one of the few yurozone areas where being a mutt isn't an automatic shitstain on your record. One guy I knew brought back a few grenades. Actual, factual grenades. Neat stuff.
