Blake/Monroe was wrestling at a high level in AEW and involved with a story that had themes of sapphic love, revenge, and jealousy. That’s not what WWE does. In WWE she’s a Mean Girl because a large portion of the WWE audience thinks girls are icky, and the rest of them are angry incels.

Fenix is so injury prone at this point that it's incredibly difficult to use him at all.
Starks couldn't beat the Pebble allegations, and Tony knew he was leaving because he's one of Cody's buddies, so he was shelved, which didn't do a lot of good for him. Starks in a shoot developmental show kind of buries his whole aura, and that's all he's got going for him, honestly. I think he's got potential if he can put it all together, and figure out how to make his gimmick clearly not the Rock Jr.
