>>18436990 (OP)Day one was overall pretty mid.
Roman and Yeetman did a crowd pleaser, I could say it was pretty pointless, like a Smackdown main event basically but it was a solid entertaining curtain jerk 8/10
Bliss and Flair winning felt a bit unearned over Roxanne and Rodriguez because their frenenemies tag team arc is incomplete so it deflated to impact of the win. A good match still 7+/10
Zayn and Kross was trash because of who won, some guy in a suit really fucking hates Kross when they can't even give him a midcard no title win on a PLE with the crowd so hot it's giving dueling chants. A match that a DQ finish from either, a run in, a double count out, anything could have amped up the score to a good 6/10 but Sami wins lol and Sami too good to cheat lol, nobody gains anything, might as well not happened. 2/10.
Cargrill vs Stratton. Short and sweet I guess, felt cut for time, continuing the trend that Queen of the ring means nothing in the modern age. Both looked like stars and worked well so it accomplished the goal of being a good women's match and taking the taste of shit out of peoples mouths from seeing Kross eat shit again. 7/10
Orton & Roll v McIntyre & Logan. Sportsentertaiment to the max. Well constructed match with great highlight reel spots. Jelly did good for a celebrity but he was also too gassed looking by the end to make people question if this match was 6 months too early. 8/10
Punk v Gunther. An absolute clinic of old timer wrestling with grappling and holds and explosive last 5 minutes finish but I would have like this with more urgency before the finish. As it stands, Drew still holds the best match with Punk since the return. 8+/10
Punk v Seth. A good cash-in and pottery.
