Saying it's in the Top 10 doesn't mean a lot if there's not 10 other things added each month that can unseat it, and this treats finishing 10th for 6 straight months the same as being 1st. And if you want to get the tinfoil hat really strapped on, Netflix have an incentive to win over other streaming partnership deals in the future by proving that WWE is a success for them, so can freely fudge the numbers and claim what they like/force push the advertisements to be in everyone's faces.
Basically, nothing can be said to convince people otherwise because there's no transparency on Netflix's part for their business model.
