No. They are going to ESPN's new streaming service. The streaming service is designed to appeal to cord cutters who want ESPN but don't want to pay for a whole cable package. It costs $30 a month for the highest tier, which includes all ESPN channels. If you're already getting ESPN in your cable package, then you'll have access to the streaming service for free.

There's also a version of it that's 11 or 12 dollars but it's not clear yet if that version will have the PLEs.
