Phil fell over, dropping Larry, who Kenny went to save. Unfortunately, Ace thought Kenny was going to rape poor Larry so Ace bit him, after which the Bucks Superkicked Ace as well.
The Bucks just turn around and left, after which Kenny stuck around to make sure Phil and Larry were okay. After Phil woke they hung around and spent a solid ten minutes talking about child molesting, then went their separate ways.

They gaslit Phil into having multiple meltdown to the point that he voided his contract. They won in the end.
