This is the opinion of a man who thinks a 10 minute match consisting of a 9 minute bearhug is exciting.

Even the worst of the WCW shit(95, early 96, Starrcade 97's fuck up, the FUNB shit, laying down for Sting and JJ and the Vince Russo garbage), even if you take that into consideration, 10/10. Even the rest of his time in WCW was based. Early 94 Hogan, Hollywood Hogan like 90% of the time, all of his stuff after the finger poke of doom up until his return to the red and yellow were great.

Then you have his entire WWE career. What a legend.

The way everyone remembers all the Dungeon of Doom stuff, "IT'S NOT HOT", the sword promo, "OBSERVE THIS BROTHER", the Baywatch episode etc (even if it's to laugh along at them) just cements how legendary he is. Like a lot of 90s TV shows, all this is firmly in the "so bad it's good" category for me, as opposed to modern wrestling which is so bad it's just...bad.
